Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and help you find a solution.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for used items, items damaged by improper use, or items returned without original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
